2. Introducing Our Appointed Board Members

In addition to the elected members of the APALSA executive board (president, VP external, VP internal, treasurer, secretary) APALSA has appointed board members chosen by the elected e-board. We are lucky to have the following appointed board members this year:

1l Representative Liaison: Asuka Kondo, 2L

Alumni Liaison: Frank Ahn, 2L

Community Service Chairperson: Peter Lee, 2L

International Students Liaison: Seung Choi, 2L

3. Mentor/Mentee Kick-off Social

Mentors and mentees--meet, greet, and eat! For those of you who signed up for the APALSA mentor/mentee program, by now you should have received the name of your mentor or mentee. This event is for you to get to know your mentor or mentee as well as other members of APALSA.

Mentors should be getting in touch with their mentees in the coming week to introduce themselves and let them know if they will be attending our first event:

1L Progressive Nachos Study-break! APALSA, BLSA, IALSA, JLSA, LALSA, Lambda, LSA, NALSA, SALSA and the Women's Law Center are sponsoring an event just for 1Ls to help you all get to know us. Bring your appetite and build a personalized bowl of nachos as you navigate through our locations around the law school to collect different ingredients. Monday, September 29th at 3:15pm. Start in Stuart F320. ALL ARE WELCOME while supplies last!
